Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SUNMORY, we want your home to be perfectly illuminated; if you are not completely satisfied with your lighting purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Carefully disassemble the lamp and pack all components, including manual and hardware, into the original SUNMORY box to prevent transit damage.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
